De korte animatie film 'Onland' is de verwerking van een onderzoek naar recht en onrecht, (volks)verhalen en historie in de omgeving van Twente. Een poëtische poging het onbegaanbare gebied en de grens tussen het ene en het andere in kaart te brengen. Al met al een ode aan het onland - een woest grensgebied, een niemandsland van iedereen. 

The short animated film 'Onland' is the processing of an art based research into justice and injustice, (folk) stories and history in the Twente area. A poetic attempt to map the impassable area and the border between one and the other. All in all, an ode to the onland - a desolate border area, a no man's land for everyone.
